We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to drive the visual consistency and presence of our brand. Backed by a strong B2C legacy and technically advanced products (platform modules, payments, CRM, risk management, etc.), your mission will be to lead the visual rebranding process and provide ongoing design support across all digital and offline materials.

You will execute the brand’s visual representation across all channels, collaborating with the Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to create compelling, on-brand visuals — from social media posts to event and merchandise designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the brand book and ensure consistent use of visual identity across all materials.
  • Ensure brand alignment by adhering to design guidelines and tailoring visuals to target audiences.
  • Create graphics for websites, social media, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials, ensuring brand coherence and quality.
  • Design presentations, one-pagers, and catalogues that are visually compelling, easy to understand, and aligned with company standards and marketing needs.
  • Produce design assets for print — brochures, decks, banners, catalogues — and support merchandise design (gifts, packaging, event visuals).
  • Edit images, source or create visuals, and enhance photos as needed to maintain high aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and BizDev teams to ensure cohesive communication and brand representation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within iGaming, SaaS, or Fintech.
  • A strong portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or similar) demonstrating creative and professional design work.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop original concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, or equivalents) — mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, readability, and visual hierarchy in both digital and print design.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; familiarity with additional design tools is a plus.
  • Strong skills in visual research, trend analysis, and design adaptation.
  • Attention to detail — ensuring precision, quality, and brand alignment in all materials.
  • English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cooperation with motion design and video editing Teams. Ability to create a storyboard for production team; 
  • Experience in rebranding and brand development projects.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Basic experience with 3D rendering or 3D redactors.
