Our expectations:

• 1-2 years of experience as a systems administrator.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows.
• Ability to react quickly to problems and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to be on call outside of regular working hours to respond to technical incidents as needed.

Your responsibilities:

• Setup and maintenance of software products: Active Directory, Medoc, 1c, Smart Touch, Windows 11, Windows Server.
• Installation, setup, repair, and support of computer equipment.
• Configuration and maintenance of computer equipment at employees’ workstations.
• Providing users with information about current issues and the stages of their resolution upon request, using all forms of communication support.
• Coordinating notifications about planned and unplanned service downtimes.
• Working on installation and configuration of PCs, operating systems, standard software, and peripheral devices.
• Receiving equipment from employees who are leaving.
