We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who sees hiring not just as filling vacancies, but as building real team architecture. If a holistic approach to HR processes resonates with you — this role might be exactly what you’re looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment (from intake to onboarding) — mostly for administrative, back-office and support roles
- Managing multiple hiring directions at once (mass & targeted recruitment)
- Close cooperation with department heads and hiring managers
- Creating candidate profiles, drafting job descriptions
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating further hiring stages
- Optionally — building a recruitment team from scratch and leading it
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment
- Confident in handling a high volume of vacancies and shifting priorities
- Skilled in active sourcing (LinkedIn, job platforms, etc.)
- Able to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers
- System thinker, responsible, and comfortable in a dynamic workflow
