Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment (from intake to onboarding) — mostly for administrative, back-office and support roles
• Managing multiple hiring directions at once (mass & targeted recruitment)
• Close cooperation with department heads and hiring managers
• Creating candidate profiles, drafting job descriptions
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating further hiring stages
• Optionally — building a recruitment team from scratch and leading it

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment
• Confident in handling a high volume of vacancies and shifting priorities
• Skilled in active sourcing (LinkedIn, job platforms, etc.)
• Able to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers
• System thinker, responsible, and comfortable in a dynamic workflow
