Responsibilities for our new colleague:
- Actively retain and scale connected webmasters;
- Communicate with partners at all stages of cooperation;
- Product integration and communication with affiliate networks/webmasters;
- Resolve technical issues as they arise;
- Monitor the overall system status;
- Participate in developing and implementing strategies to promote the affiliate program;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Be responsible and results-oriented.
What’s important to us:
- Understanding the specifics of affiliate marketing;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital agencies, or large online platforms;
- Understanding of CPC/CPM/CPA/revshare models;
- Experience with tracking systems and TDS;
- Willingness to grow and learn;
- Experience in creating advertising materials (landings, banners, etc.);
- Quick thinking, persistence, and a desire to learn and improve.
