A well-known affiliate program that helps promote iGaming projects and increase organic/paid traffic through effective collaboration with webmasters is now looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Lead Generation Manager. This role involves sourcing new webmasters and expanding our partner base.

If you know how to find promising leads, spark their interest, and convert them into potential partners — this job is for you.

Details:

Cold outreach via a pre-prepared database of Telegram chats;
Inform prospects about the company and present it (using a provided script);
Handle objections (using a provided script);

In other words, 100% of your working time will be focused on finding leads, chatting, and calling.

A plus would be:

Experience with affiliate programs;
Ability to work with scripts;
Strong persuasive skills;
Understanding of online advertising;
High-level communication and negotiation skills;
Familiarity with metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CPI, Flat Rate, RevShare.
