Leadgen Specialist B2B
We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to build, launch, and continuously optimize a predictable acquisition funnel for Kanggiten’s iGaming platform demand.
Backed by strong B2C expertise and a technically advanced product ecosystem – including platform modules, payments, CRM, affiliate tools, risk management, analytics, and other iGaming solutions – your mission will be to generate a high-quality pipeline of affiliate and arbitrage teams, operators, and investors interested in launching or scaling their own White Label or turnkey iGaming brand.
You will own and execute lead generation activities across multiple channels: building relevant funnels, researching target accounts, launching outreach campaigns, validating prospects, tracking performance, and providing qualified opportunities to the Sales and Partnership teams.
- Develop, execute, and optimize B2B lead generation strategies focused on high-quality leads for the Sales and Partnership teams.
- Build acquisition funnels tailored to specific iGaming B2B segments, including affiliate teams, arbitrage/media buying teams, operators, investors, and platform buyers.
- Identify and validate target accounts based on the company’s ICP, GEO priorities, business model, traffic potential, and commercial fit.
- Create and manage outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, Telegram, event networking apps, paid channels, webinars, and other relevant digital platforms. Generate relevant contacts and help book online and offline meetings with qualified prospects.
- Craft personalized outreach messages in cooperation with the Marketing and Sales teams and initiate first-touch conversations with targeted prospects.
- Pre-qualify leads based on ICP criteria, business goals, budget signals, traffic ownership, market focus, and launch readiness.
- Manage initial communication with leads before handing them over to the Sales or Partnership teams.
- Maintain a structured CRM database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate tracking of GEO, company type, source, lead status, ICP fit, and conversion stage.
- Conduct deep market, competitor, and prospect research to identify new lead generation opportunities. Monitor industry trends, events, competitor activity, and relevant iGaming business signals to support proactive lead sourcing.
- Optimize lead generation campaigns using data-driven insights and performance analytics. Maximize the impact of paid acquisition budgets across PPC, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms with a clear focus on ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Content, and Development teams to align campaigns, messaging, landing pages, assets, and conversion flows.
- Support event-based lead generation before, during, and after industry events, including prospect research, meeting booking, lead tracking, and post-event follow-up.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, funnel conversion, lead quality, channel effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.
- 2–3+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in iGaming, SaaS, fintech, affiliate marketing, digital products, or professional services.
- Strong experience managing multiple lead generation channels, including LinkedIn, email, paid ads, event networking apps, Telegram, databases, and other digital platforms.
- Solid understanding of B2B funnel creation, lead qualification, segmentation, outreach, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with prospect research, account research, market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
- Ability to interpret market data, identify patterns, validate information, and turn research into actionable lead generation opportunities.
- Strong understanding of ICP development, lead scoring, lead validation, and B2B sales processes.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results and meet pipeline or qualified lead targets.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Zoho, Apollo, Monday, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailchimp, Octave, or similar tools.
- Ability to maintain clean CRM data, track lead sources, segment prospects, and support clear handover to Sales and Partnership teams.
- Hands-on experience with lead enrichment, email verification, bounce testing, MX/SMTP/domain checks, and basic deliverability hygiene.
- Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of automated data extraction, AI-driven research, outreach automation, and engagement automation tools.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling, personalized messaging for different target audiences.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Proactive, data-driven, and business-oriented mindset with a clear focus on lead quality over volume.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
- Understanding of White Label, turnkey platforms, affiliate marketing, casino operations, sportsbook, payments, CRM, or game aggregation.
- Existing knowledge of iGaming lead sources, databases, communities, events, Telegram groups, LinkedIn workflows, and outreach practices.
- Experience working with affiliate teams, media buying teams, operators, or B2B iGaming suppliers.
- Experience with ABM, event-based lead generation, outbound sequences, and multi-channel prospecting.
- Understanding of data privacy, GDPR basics, and compliant outreach practices.
