We are currently seeking a manager to work primarily with large businesses in the sphere of partners’ advertising materials management and placement across various media platforms.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in advertising Project Management 2+ years.
  • Experience working with creative materials.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with designers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in detailed project planning, including time/resource estimation, identifying critical paths, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Knowledge of full advertising materials development cycle and processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM-systems.
  • Aligning project goals with the organization’s business strategy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to project changes.
  • Result-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Hands-on experience in building/optimization of project processes.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to deliver high-quality results, maintaining trustful relationships between people.
  • Interest and knowledge in the gaming and Esports field will be a significant advantage.
  • English Intermediate+.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Regular communication support between partners and development team.
  • Facilitate the development of business opportunities within the project.
  • Create and maintain the project management documentation and revise it as appropriate.
  • Manage the project-related day-to-day operational activities.
  • Manage the advertising materials development teams and direct their activities to ensure the project is run and completed within the constraints of scope and schedule.
  • Perform data consolidation and analysis.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project scope.
  • Effectively communicate relevant scope-related information to the team and management.
  • Resolve and/or escalate scope-related issues promptly.
  • Develop project plans following the overall roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
