A tactical role that ensures work moves every day: tasks don’t get lost, teams know what they need to do, and partners progress toward launch without chaos. The Project Manager organizes tasks, follows up, coordinates cross-functional teams and keeps the entire workflow on track.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive day-to-day execution: follow up on tasks, unblock progress, coordinate involved teams.
  • Maintain backlog hygiene: structure requests, ensure clarity, keep statuses accurate and up to date.
  • Support partner launch execution: run onboarding checklists, track progress, ensure readiness items move on time.
  • Monitor plan-vs-fact: compare committed timelines vs. actual execution, highlight risks early.
  • Coordinate cross-team work: align timelines and dependencies across delivery participants.
  • Track operational and delivery blockers: identify delays and escalate recurring issues to Delivery Manager.
  • Support incident lifecycle: ensure incident-related tasks are followed through and resolved within SLA.
  • Ensure communication flow: statuses, updates, risks and expectations for internal teams and Account Management.

Required Experience

 

  • 4+ years of experience as a IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Operations Manager in B2B environments
  • proven experience coordinating work across multiple teams (tech and non-tech)
  • hands-on experience managing backlogs, timelines, blockers, dependencies and delivery execution
  • experience supporting launches, integrations or complex operational initiatives
