About the Role

 

We are looking for a strong Sales-driven Business Development Manager who will directly impact our revenue growth in the B2B iGaming segment. Your main mission will be to identify, target, and close new deals, expand our partner network, and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.

You will act as a key sales representative of the company: pitching our solutions, leading negotiations, and driving commercial success across multiple markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Active Sales & Lead Generation

 

  • Identify and target high-value prospects (operators, platforms, aggregators, affiliates)

  • Maintain a strong, structured sales pipeline

  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, networking, and events

  • Deliver high-impact product presentations and demos

  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and move prospects through the full sales funnel

 

Negotiations & Deal Closing

 

  • Lead commercial negotiations and prepare compelling offers

  • Structure and close deals that align with business goals

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high deal-conversion rates

  • Manage full sales cycle: from first contact to signed contract

 

Partnership Development

 

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners

  • Upsell and cross-sell new features, services, and solutions

  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure smooth cooperation

 

Market Intelligence & Revenue Strategy

 

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and niche markets

  • Provide market insights to support strategic decision-making

  • Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation funnels

 

Reporting & Pipeline Management

 

  • Maintain CRM with accurate sales data and forecasting

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales results and KPIs

  • Track performance metrics: conversion rates, revenue growth, pipeline value

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years in B2B iGaming Sales / Business Development

  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets

  • Strong understanding of gambling products, platforms, payments, traffic, content providers

  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and build trust with decision-makers

  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+)

  • Experience working with CRM, analytics tools, and reporting systems

  • Willingness to travel to conferences and meet partners in person

 

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Another language b2+

  • Experience selling into EU, LATAM, MENA, Asia

  • Understanding of legal, compliance, and finance aspects of B2B deals
