Content Manager
We are looking for a Content Manager who will craft high-quality, impactful content for our B2B iGaming platform. Backed by a strong B2C legacy and technically advanced products (platform modules, payments, CRM, risk management, etc.), your mission will be to create relevant and engaging content supporting marketing, sales, and product initiatives.
You will own and execute the full content creation process — from ideation to publication — collaborating with the design team to ensure every piece of content looks professional and performs effectively across all B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create diverse types of written content on demand: website pages, landing pages, blog posts, service pages, brochures, decks, presentations, demo support materials, product sheets, case studies, one-pagers, emails, and other relevant copy.
- Edit and proofread all materials to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
- Prepare briefs and technical assignments for the design team to create visual assets (banners, decks, PDFs, etc.) accompanying your content.
- Conduct briefings and interviews with sales and product teams to gather insights and data for content creation.
- Produce SEO-optimized content in collaboration with the SEO Specialist, ensuring compliance with technical assignments and optimization guidelines.
- Publish and manage website content using CMS platforms (primarily WordPress).
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all materials.
- Deliver regular reports and analytics on content performance and KPIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B content creation, preferably within iGaming, SaaS, or Fintech.
- Strong understanding of Inbound vs. Outbound marketing and the B2B sales funnel.
- Proven hands-on experience with multiple content formats — from social media posts to B2B decks and case studies.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience creating and optimizing SEO-driven content.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Proficiency in AI-assisted content tools and editing platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Hemingway, Copywriterly, Grammarly, etc.
- Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
- Strong skills in research, trend analysis, and applying insights to content strategy.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- High attention to details.
- English level: Advanced or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting interviews or briefings to extract insights for content development.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML.
